The Zyliss Easican opener gives you the functionality of an electronic can opener in a compact, easy to store design. Align the opener and place it on top of the can lid, press the button for one second and release to start cutting. When the cutting has completed, press the button again to reverse the cutting wheel. Wait a few seconds for the motor to stop and the red LED light to turn off, lift the can opener away from the can and the magnet will pick up the lid as well.

I bought one of these years ago for my 90plus year old mother. After she passed, I put this in my kitchen drawer. Now that I have also developed arthritis, this is my go-to opener. So glad I kept it. It is a little difficult to take apart to clean the cutting edge, but that is the only complaint. I can deal with that.
